Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and review architectural designs as per UDCPR, CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA
  2. regulations.
  3. Ensure compliance with building regulations and approval processes.
  4. Design Master plans for Industrial, Commercial, Residencial & hospitality projects.
  5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
  6. Able to handle Maha Fire, BPMS & BPAMS portal for online submissions and approval processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Arch with 2–3 years of experience in industrial/infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of UDCPR, MIDC and approval processes.

Experience handling projects from concept stage to execution.

Familiarity with BPMS portal working and documentation.
