We are seeking an Architect for our existing and upcoming new projects. The company proficient Project Finance Consultancy services enable the promoters of the proposed and existing enterprises to secure customized solutions for financial assistance in the form of term loan, working capital from bankers, financial institutions, government agencies and that in the form of grants, subsidies, incentives, venture capital under the schemes of the Central Government of India and various State Governments either for setting up of a new projects or for the expansion of existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural designs as per UDCPR, MIDC CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA, MMRDA, NMRDA regulations.

• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building regulations, and approval processes.

• Coordinate with authorities for approvals.

• Design master plans, layouts, and building plans for industrial, hospitality, and warehousing projects.

• Assist in the preparation of documents for approvals, subsidies, and incentives.

• Use AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit for design and visualization.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Arch with 4-5 years of experience in industrial/infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of DCR, MIDC norms, and approval processes.

• Experience in handling projects from concept to execution.
