Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with Global leadership on geo-specific hiring.

  • Plan recruitment strategy.

  • Track hiring requirements and ensure the best interviewing and evaluation is applied as per organization, requirements to select the best fitment.

  • Ensuring the right JD and competencies are charted out in discussion with HODs for the role.

  • Managed the end-to-end talent acquisition across levels (mid to leadership hiring).

  • Leverage market intelligence and industry trends, including target companies to build a candidate pool - for future hires.

  • Analyze the HR metrics to regulate sourcing effectiveness based on recruitment channels, sourcing channels, and time to fill analysis.

  • Adhered to TAT for position closure, reduction of recruitment cost, and improving the candidate experience by revamping the hiring methods.

  • Excellent English communication skills and presentable.

  • Can-do attitude and passion for networking and recruitment.

Desired Candidate:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition of at least 7+ years in lateral, bulk, and campus hiring.

  • Experience in Lateral / leadership hiring is preferred.

  • Should be logical and should be good for rapport building.

  • Able to join within 30 days only.

  • Qualification required MBA in HR full-time.
