Overall in charge of customer satisfaction and collections post-sales
Responsible for Customer welcome process, Receivable Management, Communication and
Mapping clients requirements & providing them best products/solutions, identifying prospective clients, generating business/references from existing clientele
Managing a team to ensure collections / receivables are as per company norms
Post sales, follow with customers for completion of all documentation formalities
Follow with customers for stage-wise payments through the life cycle of the construction and handover process
Follow with customers for registration and registration related payments
Coordinate with Engineering department to complete hand-over of flats
Attend to all customer related queries / complaints / suggestions
Coordination with finance / accounts departments for provision of all documentation required as per their norms.
Reminders as per collections protocol and management of customers requirements. Loans processing and coordination with banks for release of payments at all stages
Documentation processing with the banks / financial institutions as per their formats
Coordination with engineering team for all customer related extra amenities requests and to
accept/suggest modification as desired by the customers.
Ensure that the collection targets are met
Ensuring on time AOS, Bank Loan disbursement, Registration and other statutory compliances
Periodically shooting the projects progress and creating newsletter for an error free understanding of the clients
Oversee customer support team and assign sites, targets and works to the executives
Prepare reports in prescribed formats for management
Prepare all project related items such as UDS chart, builders agreements, allotment letters, other charges etc. In consultation with management and heads of other departments
Oversee Customer Service Department to ensure adequate customer support is given post handing over
Creating and Building Client Relationships.
Create and manage loans / bank relationships
To be Managements single point of contact regarding all post sales issues
MIS to mobilize and support Management decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with 8 - 10 yrs. of relevant experience in Customer Relationship
with reputed organizations (Real Estate only).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage customer interactions and escalations.
