Our client is seeking a highly motivated Delegates Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling delegate passes at our conferences and events to various businesses and individuals. The Delegates Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing new business, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential delegates via telephone, email, and other channels to generate interest in our conferences and events.

  • Selling delegate passes at our conferences and events to a range of businesses and individuals. Meeting and exceeding sales targets, as set by the management team.

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Developing new business and identifying new sales opportunities.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity, including client information Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of our events and conferences. Attending and representing the company at relevant events and conferences.

  • Providing regular feedback to the management team on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a conference or event sales role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
