We are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met.
Content Creation and Management:
Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
Manage the content calendar to ensure timely posting and alignment with marketing strategies.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
Track and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow social media accounts by posting regular updates and engaging with the audience.
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for better engagement.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Analyze email performance and optimize for better results.
Analytics and Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other analytics platforms.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaboration:
Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to execute campaigns.
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
