Job Description

1)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi. (Warm, pleasant and welcoming behaviour.)
2)Coordination with marketing agencies, or other vendors to follow up on scope or work and progress reports. Making sure correspondence is taken care of within the stipulated time frame.
3)Having a sense of responsibility towards work and to work diligently during office hours to ensure the sales targets are met.
4)Coming up with new PR and marketing ideas to boost brand value and sales of the company.
⁠5)Assisting the Sales Team with finding new methods to acquire potential clients and make sure the entire Marketing process is followed diligently.
6)Manage and lead a team of sales.
7)Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to sales agents.
8)Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards.
9)Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
10)Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts.
11)Proven experience as Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role.
12)Strong leadership and management skills.
13)Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
14)In depth knowledge of the real estate Market and trends.
15)Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
16)Proficient in using CRM software and Ms office  suit
