Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard ship owners, ship management companies, and offshore clients worldwide
- Develop business opportunities for crew recruitment
- Generate leads through maritime platforms, cold calling, LinkedIn, and industry networks
- Build strong relationships with international clients in the shipping sector
- Understand client requirements (patrolling boats, fishing boats, luxury boats, onshore & offshore projects, etc.)
- Coordinate with the crewing/recruitment team for the timely deployment of seafarers
- Negotiate contracts, billing terms, and crew management agreements
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
- Maintain CRM data and prepare business reports
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
