5. No Fees from Candidates
PS Human Resources & Consultants does not charge any fee from candidates for job placement or recruitment services. Any request for payment by a third party claiming association with us should be reported immediately.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client and candidate information. You agree not to share or disclose any proprietary information obtained through our services to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy and successful placements, we do not guarantee employment or candidate suitability. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, materials, and documents provided by us are the intellectual property of PS Human Resources & Consultants and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services to any client or candidate found violating our policies, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or misusing our platform or reputation.
