Job Description
We are seeking a Back Office Executive for the Purchase Department.
The ideal candidate should have excellent proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, along with strong spoken and written English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and documentation in MS Word.
- Handle email communication, documentation, and data management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support the Purchase Team.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and MS Word.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
