About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio worth ₹500K, ensuring maximum ROI, brand consistency, and performance-driven outcomes.

This role demands analytical thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of online marketing channels, campaign optimization, and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
    • Develop audience targeting strategies and compelling ad creatives aligned with brand goals.
    • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure effective ad copies and visuals.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
    • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand ad effectiveness and ROI.
    • Optimize campaigns for better CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • Budget & Portfolio Management
    • Manage and allocate a marketing budget of approximately ₹500K across campaigns efficiently.
    • Track spend and ensure optimal utilization within assigned limits.
    • Generate weekly/monthly budget and performance reports.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other analytics tools for tracking campaign performance.
    • Prepare performance dashboards and present insights to management.
    • Identify new opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and reach.
  • Market Research & Trends
    • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, ad platform updates, and competitors’ strategies.
    • Recommend innovative campaign ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data reporting
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing or paid ad campaign management
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
