Job Description

Role & responsibilities

a) Conducting incoming inspections, in-process inspections and final

inspections prior to NDE and release to customers.

b) Ensuring effective storage and maintenance of inspection records and

documents.

c) Conducting In-house calibration of MME and maintaining calibration reports.

d) Ensuring timely communication about the defects/ complaints noticed

during inspection to the QA/QC department and suitable persons.

e) Updating Inspection Registers.

f) Other works as assigned by Senior Quality Inspector as and when required.

Accountability:

a) Ensure that the quality control activities were carried out in a safe and

effective way.

b) Ensure that products conform to quality and customer requirements at every inspection stage and prior to release for delivery to the customer.

c) Ensure that non-conformances details are effectively captured and

communicated to affected personnel.

d) Ensure that calibration of equipment is duly carried out and certified on time.

e) Ensure that all Monitoring & Measuring Equipment is properly

handled, preserved and stored.

f) Ensure that all quality documents are properly maintained and issued on time to customer.

g) Ensure that work is carried out safely throughout all processes and stages.

Qualification:

ITI , Diploma or a graduate in engineering, Petroleum would be preferable.

1-5 years of similar experience in the industry.
