The company provides all types of Actuarial solutions, ranging from ESOP design and valuation, Group Gratuity Fund advisory, Corporate Insurance consulting, and expertise in Actuarial valuation of employee benefits, viz. Gratuity valuation, Leave encashment, Sick Leave, Pension Provident Fund. At KGA, Client Centricity is at our core. – We are seeking a qualified Management Trainee specialist to extend our reach through the discovery of untapped business opportunities and relationships in Mumbai.

  • MBA in Marketing and Max 1 year experience
  • Experience in Outbound B2B Sales- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
  • Location of Job– Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad and the job would include travelling to meet stake holders around 5-6 Per day.
  • Job description– Making a Monthly Plan broken further into Weekly Plan
  • Regular reporting on daliy
  • Plans- Setting up In-Person meetings to meet Weekly Plans
  • Need to travel 5 days a week (within city)
  • Develop different sales strategy and on-board new clients.
  • Majorly include direct sales, physically meeting prospective clients and presenting them about company’s clientele and relevant solutions.
  • Set appointments, listen to client needs and suggest the most appropriate solution.
  • Engaging with clients to build relationships, and also developing a positive customer experience.
