Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and results- driven Social Media Marketer and Digital Content Creator to lead our online presence across key B2B and SMB channels. This role requires a unique blend of
creative storytelling, cutting-edge digital media expertise (including Al-powered creation and editing), and a strategic, consumer-like approach to tech marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Digital Media Mastery
High-Volume Content Generation: Responsible for daily content creation and publishing, ensuring a consistent and engaging flow of material across all managed channels.
Leveraging Al Tools: Utilize Al generative tools for content creation, drafting copy, generating image
assets, optimizing search performance, and brainstorming innovative content concepts.
Generate High-Quality Digital Content: Plan, create, edit, and optimize engaging content, including
static graphics, high-impact imagery, short-form vertical video clips (e.g., Reels), and attention-grabbing audio segments tailored specifically for social media distribution and rapid consumption.
Audio/Video & Multimodal Production: Expertise in the end-to-end process of crafting dynamic
social media assets, incorporating multimodal editing skills (seamlessly integrating text, graphics, audio, and video). This involves capturing relevant footage/imagery and rapid post-production editing (cutting, adding music/ captions, motion graphics, and effective graphics overlays) to final optimization and export for social media postings. This role focuses on short-form, high-velocity content.
Storytelling &; Branding: Be the voice of our brand, crafting compelling narratives that are passionate about promotion, branding, and bringing innovative, creative content to the forefront. Social Media
Strategy & Growth
Channel Management: Directly manage, monitor, and grow our core social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Crosspollination & Reposting: Strategically adapt and repurpose content across platforms (crosspollination) to maximize reach and efficiency while adhering to channel- specific best practices.
Influence and Community Growth: Actively work to increase subscription, follows, and overall brand influence by fostering a vibrant online community.
Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to increase organic reach, follower growth, and
meaningful engagement across all platforms.
Strategic Approach: Bring a “consumer-like” approach to B2B and SMB tech marketing, focusing on
user experience, relevance, and humanizing our technology. Marketing & Analytics
Campaign Execution: Support product launches and marketing campaigns with integrated social
media content.
Performance Tracking: Analye social media metrics. (reach, engagement, conversions) and use data
to refine and optimize future content and strategies.
