CNC Operator

Job Description

Role Summary:

The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines (Fanuc / Mazak controls) to produce high-precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards. The role requires strong understanding of tooling, measurement, machine offsets, and adherence to safety and production guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines with Fanuc / Mazak controls.
• Monitor tool condition; identify worn-out or broken tools.
• Perform tool changes and take tool/work offsets independently.
• Inspect machined parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.).
• Read engineering drawings and maintain required tolerances.
• Maintain production records, follow safety and 5S practices.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report issues.

Requirements:

• ITI Turner/DME/SSC PLUS CNC Course (Mechanical/Machinist).
• Hands-on CNC operating experience.
• Strong measurement and drawing-reading skills.
